Shipping Policy

Rates

Carriers

We ship exclusively via USPS and UPS. We do not use any other carriers. Carrier selection is made at fulfillment based on destination and package size; your tracking email will identify the carrier for your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Typical transit time after processing is 3–7 business days depending on destination. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally at launch, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes when UPS is the assigned carrier (USPS shipments can deliver to P.O. boxes).

States We Cannot Ship To

If your shipping address is in a restricted state, we are unable to accept your order, and any order placed in error will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Age Verification on Delivery

All orders are for adults 21+. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years old. Orders flagged by our age-verification checks may require additional confirmation before shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or a package is marked delivered but has not arrived within 2 days, email support@[BRAND-DOMAIN] and we will open a carrier trace and make it right with a replacement or refund where the carrier confirms loss.
